This role seeks an experienced Production Manager specializing in Sensor and Component Technology to drive manufacturing excellence for FERCHAU's clients. The successful candidate will oversee the entire production lifecycle, focusing heavily on planning, scheduling, and capacity management while ensuring seamless coordination with departments like System Integration. A key focus is placed on enhancing efficiency through process optimization, standardization, and the application of Lean methodologies, ensuring KPI transparency via Shopfloor Management. You will lead and deploy the production team, providing hands-on operational support during complex manufacturing orders or bottlenecks. Candidates must possess a background in Electrical Engineering (Master Craftsman/Meister equivalent), coupled with a minimum of five years of relevant manufacturing experience, strong leadership competencies, and proven organizational talent.
