Job Summary

This role involves taking comprehensive project responsibility for the planning and implementation of new construction, conversion, and refurbishment projects within district heating and power generation plants. The Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle, from concept development and execution planning through to project completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating all involved trades, managing schedules, costs, resources, and quality, and ensuring successful claim and warranty management, including conducting acceptances. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Process Control Technology, coupled with several years of professional experience in project planning and leadership, ideally within the energy, power plant, or process industry. Proficiency in EPLAN and AutoCAD, along with fluent German and good English skills, are essential for collaborating with internal departments and external planning offices to deliver complex industrial solutions.
