This Senior IT Support Specialist role involves managing and optimizing the internal IT infrastructure and support processes for an innovative technology company. The role requires expertise in user administration via Active Directory, deep knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 11) and Office products (Teams, Outlook), and familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira. The ideal candidate will leverage at least three years of experience to contribute to IT development projects, end-device rollouts, and the maintenance of technical documentation necessary for audits and regulatory compliance.
