Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT Service Desk Technician focused on Linux and Networking to join a dynamic team, connecting people and technology. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the critical analysis and resolution of service requests and support tickets, ensuring smooth IT operations for various departments. You will manage initial Linux system administration tasks, including user management and log analysis, and troubleshoot fundamental networking issues such as DHCP and routing. You are also responsible for monitoring IT systems, maintaining endpoints, and instructing users on the setup and utilization of IT and telecommunication devices. Key qualifications include a completed vocational degree in IT System Integration or equivalent, combined with initial professional experience in 1st Level/User Help Desk support. Proficiency in Windows 7/10 and Office applications is essential, alongside foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
