Job Summary

This role involves supporting complex infrastructure projects, focusing specifically on managing network connections for customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive customer support, handling inquiries (online, phone, and in-person), and processing applications for house connections, construction power, and photovoltaic (PV) systems. A key part of the job is detailed document and data management, including inputting data into the IConnect order portal, performing grid compatibility checks, and planning new PV systems using GTechnology. The successful candidate will also coordinate projects, create and send offers to customers, and align cooperation with telecommunications/fiber optic providers. This position requires a completed electrical engineering qualification or technician certification, technical aptitude in energy technology, and proficiency in MS Office and graphic programs.
