Job Summary

This role places you at the center of quality management and innovation within the diagnostics sector, focusing specifically on the development and optimization of primary packaging materials for pharmaceutical products. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing packaging components, coordinating technical specifications and manufacturing tolerances (especially concerning injection molding and extrusion blow molding processes) with external suppliers, and managing change requests. A critical component is ensuring compliance by creating and maintaining GxP-compliant documentation and supporting qualification processes in a regulated environment. This permanent, full-time position in Mannheim requires expertise in change management and regulatory affairs, offering a key role in connecting high-quality standards with modern solutions in the Medical Technology and Pharma industries.
