This unlimited, full-time role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive employer branding strategies, including conceptualizing targeted marketing campaigns, organizing events, and managing the organization's digital footprint across its career site and social media channels like LinkedIn and Instagram. The specialist will be responsible for creating engaging, target-group-specific content (text, image, and video) and continuously optimizing measures through trend analysis and metric reporting. Candidates should possess a relevant degree or vocational qualification in Marketing, HR Management, or Public Management, coupled with excellent communication skills, digital media proficiency, and experience with MS Office.
