Job Summary
This role is for a technically skilled professional to provide 2nd level support for Windows and/or Linux environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues within the IT infrastructure, including network and server systems. The specialist will also contribute to the planning, implementation, and development of system and network architectures, collaborate with 1st and 3rd level support, and assist in IT process optimization and documentation. Key requirements include strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, and collaboration tools like Office365 and MS Teams.
