Job Summary

This position calls for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee critical energy projects, focusing specifically on power grid planning and implementation. The role encompasses the full project lifecycle, requiring expertise in effort estimation, detailed scheduling, resource and budget planning, and comprehensive risk assessment. You will be responsible for steering project workflows, supervising technical execution, and providing expert technical guidance to both internal and external engineering teams. A significant component of the job involves optimizing project processes for efficiency, identifying new business fields, and actively supporting business development, including calculation and proposal preparation for clients. Successful candidates must possess a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology, coupled with deep knowledge of network operator operational processes and energy industry regulations. Proficiency in specialized tools like NEPLAN, PowerFactory, Envelio, or Sincal is mandatory, as are fluent German skills for effective communication with stakeholders and clients.
