Job Summary

This role seeks a Technical Project Lead to manage and advance the successful RoboLab project within the Hamburg Public Libraries system. The core responsibilities involve the technical and professional oversight of the RoboLab, including maintaining the robolab.hamburg platform and developing complex programming applications. The Lead will create project-based learning content in coding and robotics, utilizing various robots like NAO, Cozmo, and Thymio, and collaborating closely with the Media Competence Cluster. A key requirement is a university degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., Informatics, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent technical training combined with proven programming expertise and strong media pedagogical skills. Candidates must be fluent in German (C2) and possess good English skills. This position offers the chance to actively shape MINT education, engage in regional networks, and contribute to one of Germany's largest library systems, ensuring stable and meaningful employment.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics) or a media/library pedagogical degree, or equivalent technical vocational training with demonstrated expertise.

Experience
