The Site Manager, Electrical Engineering, is responsible for the successful execution of electrical construction projects across building services, commercial, and industrial facilities in the Bremen region. Daily tasks involve comprehensive site supervision, including planning the deployment of installation teams, leading and mentoring colleagues, apprentices, and external personnel, and ensuring strict adherence to quality and occupational safety standards. A core function is financial and contractual oversight, requiring the creation of precise measurements for billing and managing contract variations (Nachtragsmanagement). Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification as an Electrician and demonstrated professional experience in managing electrotechnical construction projects.
