Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Business Analyst to drive the optimization and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP solutions within the Global Development division of a major chemical/pharmaceutical company. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, translating requirements into actionable projects, and ensuring the continuous development and optimization of globally utilized MES and SAP platforms. A core focus includes enhancing data quality using FAIR Data principles and providing expert global support, particularly for DS/DP Outsourcing processes. Key qualifications include a relevant university degree or extensive professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector, coupled with strong expertise in MES (specifically Körber PAS-X, including MBR-Designer) and foundational SAP knowledge in data management and analysis. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, alongside strong communication and customer service skills.
