Job Summary

This role is centered on the technical management and maintenance of facilities for a client located in Winnenden. The Facility Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and coordination of maintenance and repair activities across crucial technical areas, including electrical, cooling, climate control, and heating systems. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating regulatory compliance checks, managing the resolution of defects with external service providers and manufacturers, and ensuring strict adherence to fire protection, Quality Management (QM), and occupational safety standards. Furthermore, the position requires involvement in the preparation and execution of construction projects. Successful candidates must hold a completed technical qualification, such as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, combined with proven professional experience in technical building operations and operative Facility Management. The position offers a permanent contract, fair compensation including holiday and Christmas bonuses, and strong prospects for direct employment takeover by the customer.
