Key responsibilities include the comprehensive administration of the Windows infrastructure, specifically managing Active Directory, Hyper-V, Failover Clusters, Exchange, and Terminal Servers. You will also oversee Windows and Android client systems, handle hardware and software procurement, and provide essential 1st and 2nd level support. A core component of the role involves coordinating external service providers and actively participating in IT projects, ensuring proper planning and documentation. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or an equivalent IT degree, coupled with current professional experience and a strong commercial understanding.
