Job Summary
This role involves providing essential administrative support and advisory services within the Department of Study and Teaching at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences (HSBI). The administrator will handle a wide range of tasks related to student lifecycle management, including advising prospective students, processing applications for university admission (first-time, transfer, or change of study programs), and managing student data. Key responsibilities also cover administrative support for examination procedures, such as preparing exam registrations, processing results, and managing Bachelor's thesis admissions. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant administrative or commercial vocational qualification, demonstrate strong PC skills, and exhibit a highly service-oriented and collaborative work ethic. This is a part-time position (31.5 hours/week), initially limited until June 30, 2028, offering flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
