Job Summary

This role is centered on the development, programming, and optimization of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems, utilizing platforms such as Siemens, Beckhoff, and Allen-Bradley. Day-to-day tasks involve the commissioning and fine-tuning of complex automation systems, rigorous troubleshooting, and performing maintenance on existing infrastructure. The programmer will work closely with project managers and engineers to implement tailored, customer-specific solutions, ensuring quality through comprehensive testing and simulation, and creating necessary documentation and training materials. Key qualifications include a completed technical education in Automation Technology or Mechatronics and profound knowledge of PLC programming tools like Siemens S7, TIA-Portal, and Beckhoff TwinCAT. Experience with HMI and SCADA systems, coupled with knowledge of network technology (e.g., Profibus, Profinet), is highly beneficial.
