Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position seeks a dedicated Field Service Technician to ensure the optimal functionality of professional, fully automatic coffee and beverage systems in the Kassel region. Working autonomously as part of Franke Coffee Systems' service partner network, you will be responsible for independently planning your daily schedule, executing new installations, and performing routine maintenance, revisions, and critical troubleshooting. A core aspect of the role involves serving as the primary contact for end customers, handling warranty formalities, managing material disposition, and conducting inventory. Furthermore, the technician will provide technical support for billing systems and impart product expertise to clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, customer focus, and scheduled weekend availability, offering a stable opportunity to represent a leading brand in intelligent coffee systems.
