Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated Chemical Laboratory Technician or Chemical Technical Assistant looking for a challenging full-time position in Hamburg, initially through temporary employment with a clear goal of permanent takeover. The core responsibilities involve the meticulous preparation of various food and feed samples specifically for pesticide analysis. Day-to-day tasks include applying diverse extraction methods, such as group, single, and multi-methods, and subsequently purifying and preparing the extracts for measurement. The technician is also responsible for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the laboratory equipment used, ensuring accurate documentation of all processes. Essential qualifications include completed vocational training in chemistry and proven knowledge of analytical preparation techniques like Solid Phase Extraction (SPE), Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC), and wet chemistry, alongside strong organizational skills and a willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
