Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Construction Manager specializing in Data and Network Technology to oversee the complete execution of complex site projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulous work preparation, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and managing both proprietary and external personnel and trades. Day-to-day tasks involve rigorous quality, performance, and schedule control of subcontractors, maintaining detailed site diaries and correspondence, and handling quantity surveying and the preparation of change requests. Candidates must possess completed vocational training, significant professional experience in network technology, and proven expertise as a Site Manager or Senior Technician. Knowledge of German construction regulations (VDE, VOB, HOAI) and MS Office is essential.
