Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with foundational chemical knowledge to join a market leader in the fragrance and flavor industry in Dortmund. The successful candidate will be responsible for essential quality assurance tasks, ensuring smooth laboratory operations. Daily activities include the registration of samples within the laboratory system, processing reference inquiries, and meticulous preparation of samples for external analysis. You will also manage the storage and retrieval of reference samples, prioritize tasks according to specifications, and assist with simple physical-chemical determinations, such as density sieving, and preparation for sensory testing. The position requires initial professional experience in a laboratory setting, basic chemical understanding, and familiarity with handling hazardous materials. This is a full-time position operating in a 2-shift system, offering a long-term assignment with the potential for permanent takeover by the client, making it attractive for career development.
