This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Chemical Laboratory Technician or Technical Assistant to join a globally operating pharmaceutical or chemical company on a permanent contract. The core responsibilities involve the independent synthesis of chemical products and conducting rigorous quality control checks using various instrumental analytical methods. You will be expected to maintain meticulous documentation of all work steps and actively contribute to the optimization of both production and testing processes, including assisting in the creation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate holds a completed laboratory education (such as CTA or BTA) or a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences combined with practical lab experience. Initial experience in preparative chemistry and instrumental analysis is required, along with a high degree of quality awareness, teamwork skills, and fluency in German.
