Job Summary

This role is pivotal in driving the energy transition within existing building stock by developing and implementing innovative and sustainable energy solutions. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing and executing energy optimization measures, focusing on developing heating solutions such as district heating, heat pumps, photovoltaics (PV), and sector coupling, all aligned with the climate strategy "2045 - Way to Zero 2.0". Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with external partners on supply concepts, performing economic feasibility calculations, preparing grant applications, and ensuring compliance with legal and technical standards. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in building services engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, coupled with strong knowledge of HVAC, sanitation, and electrical systems, and familiarity with planning software like ArchiCAD and standard tendering tools (AVA). Required Skills

Education

University degree in Building Services Engineering, Building Technology, Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification; alternatively, Technician or Master Craftsman qualification with relevant professional experience.
