Job Summary

As the Project Manager HeatOS, you will be instrumental in optimizing internal processes and enhancing the user experience for Vamo's innovative heat pump integration platform. Your primary responsibilities include acting as the critical interface between business units (Sales, Operations) and the Tech team. Day-to-day, you will manage requirements gathering from internal stakeholders, translating these functional needs into precise technical specifications, and preparing tasks for the Low/No-Code development team, specifically involving API integrations into CRM systems like Salesforce or Webflow. A key part of the role is quality assurance, ensuring solutions meet standards for completeness and user-friendliness. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, potentially from a Computer Science degree or prior experience as a Software Developer, coupled with proven expertise in project, process, or product management, ideally within a dynamic startup environment. This position offers the opportunity to drive genuine environmental impact in the energy transition while benefiting from 100% remote flexibility or working from the Cologne office.
