Job Summary

This role invites an experienced SAS Developer to join the IT department of a major insurance consortium, playing a crucial part in driving digital transformation and the exciting fusion of insurance and technology. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on developing customized SAS solutions for various departments, and actively contributing to the architectural and conceptual expansion of the SAS Data Warehouse (DWH). Key duties include ensuring the smooth, uninterrupted operation of SAS systems, managing daily batch processing, and performing regular system maintenance, including applying system updates, hotfixes, and security patches. Successful candidates should possess a university degree in a STEM field or comparable practical knowledge, coupled with professional experience in DWH systems. The role requires proficiency in SAS Data Integration Studio under SAS 9 and basic Shell programming.
