Job Summary

This role is designed for a dedicated Process Owner/Manager to oversee the Xarelto/Aleve production area within the Consumer Health division. Key daily responsibilities include the setup, operation, cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical or process-related malfunctions across at least two specialized process engineering systems. A critical function involves ensuring regulatory compliance by performing pharmaceutical documentation for GMP-relevant documents, such as manufacturing protocols and logbooks, and independently operating the process control system. The successful candidate will manage in-process controls, handle batch and order changes, and actively support plant maintenance and process regulation. Candidates must possess a successfully completed 3-year vocational training (e.g., as a Pharmaceutical Technician or Mechatronics Engineer) or extensive professional experience in GMP production, ideally with a background in coatings and tableting. This position offers a highly varied workload across diverse technologies and requires a structured, results-oriented, and collaborative approach, along with a willingness to work in continuous shift models.
