Job Summary

This role involves working as a Specialist Planner for Electrical Engineering, initially through temporary employment with the goal of permanent placement with the client. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing specialist planning according to the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI), covering all phases from conceptual design (Phase 1) through construction supervision (Phase 9). Key tasks involve developing concepts, creating cost estimates, compiling necessary application documents, obtaining permits, and generating detailed planning documents. The role requires meticulous construction monitoring, ensuring adherence to project schedules, and coordinating various trades. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training as an Electrician specializing in Energy and Building Technology, coupled with further qualification as an Electrical Engineering Master Craftsman. Success in this position demands the ability to grasp complex technical relationships, demonstrate a confident demeanor when interacting with clients and other trades, and work independently and precisely.
