This part-time, temporary role involves the comprehensive planning and execution of the annual event program for the Bauernhaus-Museum Allgäu-Oberschwaben Wolfegg, a cultural institution dedicated to rural history. The specialist will be responsible for the conceptual development and content refinement of the event schedule, alongside the practical organization of up to three major annual events and three experience days. Key daily tasks include managing cooperation partners, detailed resource planning (covering space, technology, personnel, and finances), on-site coordination, and handling cash management systems. Furthermore, the role supports smaller cultural activities such as exhibition openings, readings, and lectures. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in event management or an equivalent background, coupled with fundamental professional experience, ideally gained within a museum setting.
