Job Summary
This critical leadership role involves the comprehensive setup and management of the electronics production division at a new manufacturing site in Kuppenheim. The Team Lead will take holistic responsibility for the entire production process, encompassing classic component assembly (SMT, THT), testing, and final module assembly, starting from the bare circuit board. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous personnel planning, time management, and leading development or conflict resolution discussions with team members, alongside fostering continuous professional development. A key focus is the organization and optimization of production workflows, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality, economic efficiency, work safety, and delivery reliability. The ideal candidate must possess extensive leadership experience, a formal qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Electronics, and fundamental knowledge of Lean Management principles for efficient manufacturing process planning. Experience in developing new teams and driving production environment redesigns, including automation projects, is highly desirable.
