Job Summary

This role is perfect for a scientist who enjoys both laboratory science and direct customer interaction. As an Analytical Service Manager, you will be the primary technical consultant for national and international clients, focusing heavily on analysis of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs), and adjacent areas like pesticide, mycotoxin, and dioxin analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing suitable analysis strategies, coordinating orders efficiently, technically evaluating results, and independently releasing test reports. You will also manage quotation requests, handle customer complaints, and foster strong client relationships. This position requires strong scientific knowledge, particularly in PCR methodology, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to high-quality customer service within an international laboratory network.
