Job Summary

This critical role drives the transformation towards modern, digitalized, and efficient application and contract management for construction projects involving energy systems (electricity, gas, district heating). The successful candidate will act as a technical expert, process designer, and change manager, focusing on making grid connection processes faster, more digital, and customer-centric. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and optimizing application and contract management workflows, leading the implementation of new digital solutions like customer portals, and ensuring compliance with technical, legal, and economic frameworks (e.g., EEG, EnWG). This position requires strong communication skills to coordinate complex technical and legal requirements with various stakeholders, including authorities, investors, and internal teams, ensuring the reliable supply of energy to the region.
