Job Summary

This senior role seeks an experienced Firmware Architect to provide technical guidance and leadership for the development of high-quality sensor platforms, ensuring strict compliance with automotive safety standards, specifically ISO 26262 and ASPICE. The architect will manage design reviews, define firmware requirements and interfaces, and oversee the integration of critical components, including RTOS, communication protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C), and sensor algorithms. Candidates must possess over a decade of experience in embedded firmware development, including a minimum of three years in a technical leadership or architect capacity. The position requires deep expertise in embedded C/C++, ARM Cortex-M microcontroller architectures, and familiarity with both automotive and industrial communication protocols. The successful candidate will drive best practices in embedded software, including static analysis, continuous integration, and unit testing, contributing directly to the long-term product and technology roadmaps.
