Job Summary

This role involves providing essential field service across Southern Germany for a leading global provider specializing in water treatment and fluid dosing technology. The Service Technician will be responsible for end-to-end customer support, including performing maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of complex dosing and water treatment systems. A core part of the job is conducting detailed function tests and fault diagnosis, preparing digital service reports via iPad, and managing the material stock in the service vehicle. You will also be tasked with training customers on equipment operation and acting as the primary regional technical contact, coordinating closely with internal office staff. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification or a Master/Technician degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field, and possesses professional experience in system assembly or mechanical engineering.
