The Service Coordinator is responsible for the continuous improvement of service delivery, evaluating key process indicators (KPIs), and acting as the primary contact for 2nd-level customer support. A key function includes preparing and conducting necessary training sessions for 1st-level support staff, ensuring they are equipped to handle initial inquiries. Successful candidates must possess a background in Electrical Engineering (university degree or technician level), professional experience in the automotive sector, and demonstrated routine in lateral leadership. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this customer-centric position.
