Job Summary
An established company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Onsite IT Administrator to join their team in Zeitz. This role involves active participation in the company's digitalization efforts and continuous system maintenance and development. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive onsite user support for hardware and software issues, performing independent troubleshooting and error resolution, and managing user accounts, access rights, and the internal ticketing system. The Administrator will also be involved in implementing changes to networks, servers, and firewalls, conducting hardware replacements, upgrades, and supporting system rollouts. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification, professional experience in IT support (preferably in a production or onsite environment), and strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, common IT hardware, and network technologies.
