Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position offers 100% remote flexibility for an experienced Specialist in Network Planning and Documentation. The core focus is on maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the Core Network documentation systems. Daily tasks include processing and documenting switching orders, capacity orders, and network objects (Fixed & Mobile). The specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and exporting network object data, ensuring high data quality through consistency checks, and finalizing projects within the documentation systems. A key aspect of the role involves coordinating extensively with internal teams, project partners, and clients, and managing TTWOS and project-related tickets according to defined SLAs and KPIs. Candidates must bring professional experience in network operation processes, proficiency with tools like TTWOS, SharePoint, PNI, and MS Office, coupled with strong analytical skills and proven experience in complex project coordination and escalation management.
