Job Summary

This role involves hands-on development and testing of sophisticated electronic systems, focusing on both digital and analog circuitry. The technician will be responsible for designing digital circuits, including microcontrollers, embedded PCs, and data bus systems, alongside developing analog circuits, particularly for sensor technology and data acquisition. A key part of the job is creating PCB layouts using Altium Designer, selecting appropriate components, and generating all necessary manufacturing documentation (Gerber data, BOMs). The successful candidate will build and rigorously test prototypes and collaborate on the design of electronic production equipment. This position requires a background in electronics or electrical engineering, strong PCB design knowledge, and professional experience, ideally within an industrial setting like medical technology or robotics. The role offers meaningful work in a future-proof company with innovative technologies.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Technical Informatics, or Mechatronics (HTL, FH, TU equivalent)

Experience

  • Ideally, minimum of three years of professional experience as a developer in an industrial environment (e.g., medical technology, robotics, or device construction)
  • Professional experience in PCB design, manufacturing, and testing procedures
