Job Summary
This hands-on role requires an IT Service Technician to manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user IT equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include the precise installation of operating systems (Windows/OS X) and applications on PC systems and notebooks, strictly following predefined guidelines. A core function involves hardware upgrades, such as memory expansion, component modifications, and installing accessories like display films and SIM cards. The technician will also be responsible for detailed inventory and asset management, including the personalization of both hardware and software. A significant part of the role involves actively participating in large-scale IT projects, specifically rollouts of desktops, notebooks, tablets, smartphones, and peripheral devices. Candidates must have a completed IT vocational education or demonstrated technical affinity, alongside knowledge of Microsoft Office and various operating systems.
