Job Summary

This role is for a Financial Analyst specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) within the Consulting department of a major healthcare and social services provider. The core daily responsibilities involve advanced Financial Modeling and Business Valuation, utilizing techniques such as DCF, Multiples, and scenario analysis. The analyst will be crucial in creating detailed Business Cases, including rigorous Cashflow, KPI, and Risk analysis. Key project duties include providing Due Diligence support, managing data rooms, and performing Project Management Office (PMO) activities. Candidates must hold a university degree in an economic discipline (e.g., Finance, Controlling, or Health Economics) and possess several years of professional experience in corporate finance, M&A, or management consulting, ideally within the healthcare sector.
