Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing all commissioning activities for high-voltage electrical systems on construction sites, primarily in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The Commissioning Manager is responsible for detailed planning, organizing, and supervising subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to project milestones, safety standards (HSE), and quality audits. Daily tasks include instructing subcontractors, escalating issues when targets are missed, reviewing commissioning protocols, and ensuring complete documentation for client handover. This position requires a degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering, proven experience in site management and commissioning of high-voltage systems, and familiarity with German construction regulations. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams, ensuring alignment with overall project goals while actively contributing to future-proof energy infrastructure projects.
