Day-to-day tasks include comprehensive client consultation on applications and energy industry processes across various market roles, acting as a competent contact for all IT-technological questions. A core responsibility is analyzing customer needs, and designing/customizing 'Best Practice' IT solutions in areas like Smart Meter Gateway Administration, Meter Data Management, Energy Data Management, and Market Communication. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of energy industry processes, technical understanding of IT systems in the energy sector, and is ready to support presales activities, conduct workshops, and continuously develop the portfolio of smart IT-based utility solutions.
