Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse Specialist to provide comprehensive, holistic, and evidence-based care to a private individual diagnosed with dementia and age-related frailties. The specialist will be responsible for assessing, planning, developing, and implementing personalized care programs, performing necessary nursing procedures, and maintaining meticulous records. A crucial aspect of the role is providing clinical supervision and coordination to other staff, ensuring the highest standards of person-centered dementia care are met. This is a highly specialized position requiring deep knowledge of non-pharmacological interventions and behavioral assessment models, such as the Newcastle Model and PINCHME. The role is attractive due to its focus on specialized, high-impact care within an explicitly English-dominant environment, though it requires commitment to an intensive shift pattern involving extended periods of travel between the UK and Switzerland.
