This role seeks an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the electrical construction and assembly phases of highly automated logistics systems across project sites, primarily in North America and Europe. The core responsibilities involve serving as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, local project teams, and project leadership regarding electrical engineering matters. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring project compliance concerning deadlines, quality, costs, and safety regulations, coordinating all on-site subcontractor activities, and meticulous documentation and reporting of progress and incidents. The ideal candidate possesses an electrical engineering background, preferably with Master Craftsman or Technician certification, and proven professional experience as a Site Manager, ideally within automated facilities. Fluency in English and proficiency with MS Office are essential, alongside a high willingness to travel and a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
