Job Summary

This critical role involves leading the Design Transfer of new or modified diagnostic products from the development phase into routine Quality Control (QC). The Project Leader is responsible for steering project timelines, ensuring timely product releases, and establishing robust, sustainable QC processes that strictly adhere to regulatory requirements (IVDR, GxP, ISO) and GMP standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and maintaining comprehensive GMP-compliant documentation, coordinating highly interdisciplinary project teams across global interfaces, and actively driving efficiency improvements through continuous process optimization (Go-Lean activities). The ideal candidate must possess a scientific degree, ideally a PhD, coupled with several years of experience in project leadership within a highly regulated environment. This permanent, full-time position offers a central, high-impact role in ensuring the quality and safety of innovative diagnostic solutions in Munich.
