Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Microtechnology Specialist to join an international industrial firm in Dortmund, focusing on the series production of nozzles. The core responsibilities involve meticulously monitoring, documenting, and executing manufacturing orders in compliance with stringent Hygiene, Quality, and Safety guidelines, including GMP standards. Day-to-day tasks include operating and maintaining complex microsystems and semiconductor equipment, such as those used for lithography, deep etching, and bonding processes. A critical component of the job is ensuring high plant availability and managing production and quality data using SAP R3 and CAQ systems. Candidates must possess a completed qualification in Microtechnology or a related field, strong experience with relevant equipment, and a commitment to quality consciousness. This full-time position requires readiness for 3-shift operation and offers a strong hourly wage (€23.60 gross/hour plus allowances) with the possibility of being converted to a permanent contract.

Required Skills

Education

Completed Vocational Training as a Microtechnologist, Physics/Technical Assistant with Microtechnology specialization, or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Fundamental experience handling microsystems technology or semiconductor technology equipment (Lithography, Deep Etching, Bonding).
  • Experience working under Cleanroom conditions (Class 10 / ISA 4) desirable.
  • Professional experience in GMP-compliant production is highly desirable.
  • Experience in securing and increasing plant availability.
  • Experience managing production and quality data using SAP R3.

  • Readiness for 3-shift operation (including continuous shift work). Full-time commitment (37.5 hours/week). Initial employment is fixed-term (approx. one year) with the potential for permanent takeover. Must be available to start immediately.
