As a Trainee Supervisory Officer, you will undergo a comprehensive 2-year paid training program. Your daily responsibilities will include consulting and supervising member companies on prevention measures, investigating workplace accidents and occupational diseases, and delivering essential training sessions. You will also contribute to projects aimed at developing new information media. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical) or Natural Sciences and possess several years of professional experience, ideally within the target industries. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, coupled with a willingness to undertake frequent, multi-day business travel. Upon successful completion of the training, this full-time role becomes permanent, with the potential for conversion to civil servant status.
