Job Summary

This role seeks a highly qualified Master Electrical Technician to take charge of the electrical engineering department within a vehicle manufacturing environment in Bremerhaven. The core responsibilities involve optimizing electrical processes, providing technical leadership to the team, and ensuring timely, high-quality production. Day-to-day tasks include the installation, testing, repair, and wiring of complex electrical components, control panels, and driver stands according to technical specifications. You will also be responsible for executing challenging maintenance, retrofitting, and modernization projects, culminating in the testing and commissioning of finished vehicles while adhering to strict quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a Master Craftsman qualification (Meister) or equivalent Technician certification, coupled with professional experience in a comparable position. You must be resilient, flexible, and willing to work shifts. This is a full-time position offered initially through temporary staffing with the explicit goal of permanent takeover by the client.
