Job Summary

This role is centered on providing comprehensive IT support, primarily focusing on the administration and maintenance of end devices for customers. Day-to-day tasks involve managing the full lifecycle of end devices, including inventory, registration, issuance, and retrieval. The specialist will be responsible for handling incoming service requests efficiently via hotline and ticketing systems, classifying disruptions, and resolving both hardware and software issues. Additionally, the role includes the physical transport and setup of devices and workstations, alongside maintaining meticulous documentation and updating the knowledge database. The ideal candidate must have a completed professional IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration) and proven experience in support functions, coupled with strong operational knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
