This role is for an IT Support Specialist providing essential 1st and 2nd Level Onsite Support for a major client in Reutlingen, Germany. The specialist will be responsible for comprehensive hardware and software error analysis and resolution, ensuring seamless operation and high service quality standards. A key function involves acting as the primary liaison between the client's internal IT department and end-users. You will also be required to perform supplementary technical tasks within manufacturing and server environments. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT, proven experience in Onsite Support, and proficiency in network fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, Firewalls). Expertise in Active Directory administration, particularly concerning Group Policies and authorization concepts, is mandatory.
