Job Summary

This role involves providing dedicated, professional IT support to executive-level customers (Vorstandsebene) at a major client, Bayer AG, on behalf of a leading European IT service provider. The specialist will handle ticket processing within defined service levels for end-users and conference rooms, manage IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) orders, and perform necessary repairs, exchanges, or device restorations. A core part of the job is maintaining system stability through proactive maintenance and implementing preventative and corrective measures. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification, strong knowledge of standard hardware and Windows, and proven experience supporting VIP clientele. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, stress resistance, strong communication abilities, and fluency in German with good English skills.

Education

Completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in supporting VIP customers
  • Experience in processing IT support tickets within agreed service levels
