Field IT Technician | IT Techniker Außendienst (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Field IT Technician based in the Ludwigshafen area, focusing on providing essential on-site IT support and maintenance. The technician will be responsible for executing individual IT orders, including incident resolution and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, following pre-determined routes and schedules. Day-to-day tasks involve troubleshooting and repairing IT devices such as printers, notebooks, and peripheral equipment, often through component exchange. A core part of the job is meticulous documentation of device data, fault analysis, and reporting completed work to service coordination. The ideal candidate possesses an IT qualification, solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and Microsoft operating systems, and experience in troubleshooting.
